Nestled around 20 km from Dehradun on the Haridwar–Rishikesh highway, Lachhiwala sits beside the Suswa (Song) River and spans roughly 80 acres. Originally opened as a picnic spot in 1982, it evolved into a full-fledged nature park in 2021, featuring a cultural centre, musical fountains, butterfly garden, and a kid’s play area.
